Keenan Johnson
BCL DPT (Managing Partner)
Keenan Johnson is the managing partner of Johnson & Johnson. He graduated from UCD in 1979 with a BCL Hons degree and was enrolled as a Solicitor in 1982. He has been practising with the Firm of Johnson & Johnson, Solicitors from 1982 to date. Keenan practises in many areas of law but in particular his focus in recent years has been on Personal Injuries Litigation, District Court Practise and Family Law.
Keenan is a member of the Institute of Arbitrators. Keenan practises as an accredited mediator and is a member of Mediation Solutions Northwest. Keenan is passionate about the benefits of mediation and believes that most disputes can be resolved by way of mediation.
Keenan firmly believes that disputes resolved by mediation tend to have better outcomes and provide satisfaction, in so far as this is possible, to the conflicting parties. In his roll as Mediator, Keenan has acted both as a Mediator and as a representative for two parties engaged in mediation.
Keenan is well known throughout the Northwest for his personal approach to all matters. He previously represented his peers as a member of the Law Society Council from 1994 to 2002.
